Paul Dove, Service Operations Manager, Stephen Peal, Service Sales Manager and Peter Kenny, Business Development Manager – Ireland have all commenced working for the company in the last few months.

Paul has over twenty years experience in key leadership roles with a strong bias towards Service and Sales. Paul's previous experience includes managing the AA's Roadside Services operation and working for Centrica and British Gas. Paul joins Crawford from Heat Ltd, part of Eaga Group PLC, where he held the post of UK General Manager and was responsible for its UK operation with particular emphasis on service delivery and business development. Paul will take responsibility for all service operations staff and engineers.

Stephen joins Crawford from SGB Rovacabin where he held the position of Area Sales Manager and Section Manager for Local Authorities.  He brings with him a wealth of experience in managing teams of people as well as achieving high growth targets and expanding sales areas.  He previously ran a marketing company as part of the Cobra Group. He will be responsible for the office-based service sales activities and staff.

Peter has over 25 years experience in sales within the construction industry and will manage the new product sales operation in both the North and South of Ireland and will be based in Dublin.

He has worked as Area Sales Manager with Polypipe (Ulster) Ltd for 8 years looking after key accounts for Builders Merchants and Plumbing Merchants in the Republic of Ireland.

He also has 12 years experience as Specification Sales Manager within the architectural ironmongery industry working for Plan Group Ltd and Elementer Design Ltd.  He has worked with most of the major architectural practices and contractors in Ireland and has been responsible for generating specifications and the successful negotiation of sub contract orders with major contractors in Ireland.
