The industry wide known “Blue Book” has been revamped into a new A4 size white brochure signifying the change in corporate identify for the Crawford Group, to the rebranded “Crawford – Solutions that work” stamp. The book, 96 pages in length, details the full spectrum of the product range from industrial doors, docking systems and service maintenance and repair. Each door, dock leveller, dock shelter and associated accessories are outlined in detail including relevant Technical Data as well as photographs and images.
Service and Maintenance
A separate brochure has also been launched for the first time for the Service and Maintenance area of the business providing a useful guide to protecting the investment in customers’ products as well as outlining the Service Keys package. This segments customers’ requirements into four areas which are denoted by a different colour, green, yellow, blue or red. It also provides a useful checklist on what areas of the products need to be serviced as well as a Frequently Asked Questions section to help answer some customers’ enquiries.
