The Crawford E1000 Econoroll door is made of strong thick polyester fabric with integrated aluminium ribs giving resistance to air pressure and moderate wind forces. Most importantly for David Andrew Haulage the warehouse temperatures can be kept at the correct level due to its fast opening speed.

The Crawford 542 Overhead Sectional Door used on the docking bays is designed for customers who need robust, well-insulated and space-saving doors in the outer walls of insulated industrial premises. The door glides up under the roof when opened allowing free space around the door opening and leaving the door opening completely free.
Service Keys Programme
When it came to ongoing servicing of the doors and levellers on site Crawford recommended the Service Keys programme at the highest level, Red, for the company. This means that by taking up this agreement a 24/7 emergency response cover every day of the year is available along with extended warranties, preferential rates for call out and repairs and a priority response over non-contract customers.
Regular maintenance is planned in for the customer twice a year, along with an annual overview report and consultation so that David Andrew Haulage can forget about any ongoing maintenance and leave this to Crawford. But they have the piece of mind that the doors are being continuously reviewed and any future upgrades and changes in legislation recommended when appropriate.
